The dream of a family resource centre in Steinbach began many years ago with a group of a few committed community members. When Anna's House opened in 2001, the group had already been dreaming and planning for over 4 years.
While many of the "founders" of Anna's House have moved on, our current Board of Directors is made up of committed men and women who represent the community that we serve. They meet monthly to discuss strategic planning, program development, emerging community needs and of course, centre finances. Board members represent Anna's House at community events and provide support and guidance to the staff at the centre.
